Standing on the backs of angels
Destined to create
Mounting the attack
While heroes carry your weight
We spiral toward disaster
Survival fading faster
Riding out the wave
Content to feed off the machine
Leading us to death
The new American dream
You’re blinded by your hunger
Beware, your days are numbered
Tears fall from the shameless
Shelter me, guide me to the edge of the water
Selfless are the righteous
Burden me, lead me like a lamb to the slaughter
Blurring lines drawn in between
What is right and what is wrong
Victims on the radar
Straining us along
We’re onto your agenda
The dead end road to nowhere
Tears fall from the shameless
Shelter me, guide me to the edge of the water
Selfless are the righteous
Burden me, lead me like a lamb to the slaughter
Tears fall from the shameless
Shelter me, guide me to the edge of the water
Selfless are the righteous
Burden me, lead me like a lamb to the slaughter
Selfless are the righteous
Burden me, lead me like a lamb to the slaughter

It's 8 AM, this Hell I'm in
Seems I've crossed the line again
For being nothing more than who I am
So break my bones and throw your stones
We all know that life ain't fair
But there is more of us, we're everywhere
We don't have to take this, back against the wall
We don't have to take this, we can end it all
All you'll ever be is a fading memory of a bully
Make another joke while they hang another rope, so lonely
Push them to the dirt till the words don't hurt
Can you hear me?
No one's gonna cry on the very day you die
You're a bully
Think it through, you can't undo
Whenever I see black and blue
I feel the past, I share the bruise
With everyone who's come and gone
My head is clear, my voice is strong, now I'm right here to right the wrong
We don't have to take this, back against the wall
We don't have to take this, we can end it all l ]
All you'll ever be is a fading memory of a bully
Make another joke while they hang another rope, so lonely
Push them to the dirt till the words don't hurt
Can you hear me?
No one's gonna cry on the very day you die
You're a bully
It's 8 AM, the Hell I'm in!
Your voice is strong, now right the wrong!
All you'll ever be is a fading memory of a bully
Make another joke while they hang another rope, so lonely
Push them to the dirt till the words don't hurt
Can you hear me?
No one's gonna cry on the very day you die
You're a bully
All you'll ever be is a fading memory of a bully
Make another joke while they hang another rope, so lonely
Push them to the dirt till the words don't hurt
Can you hear me?
No one's gonna cry on the very day you die
You're a bully
We don't have to take this, back against the wall
We don't have to take this, we can end it all (x4)

Obey Your Master: Art Tribute to Metallica

.....Metallica was my inspiration in music & one of the billion fans...i loved them in any ways... their songs proved that much a lot icon not only in music also in every aspects...

Art.... art.... wow.... i love art of course, ....this are the way of life.... music & art....

"Rock music has always inspired fans and creative types alike, empowering and influencing them personally, sonically and artistically. Some examples of the influence of Metallica's music on artists are with Obey Giant's renowned street artist Shepard Fairey and his politically driven propaganda art. One could make the connection between Fairey's art and an album like Metallica's ...And Justice for All. Starting in the early 1980's, iconic skateboarder, Steve Caballero during skate competitions would correlate his music with his aggressive skate style, he would insist to organizers to turn up the volume and blast songs off Metallica's Kill 'Em All album. Contemporary Metal band Black Veil Brides' 20 year old frontman Andy Biersack, grew up listening to Heavy Metal music. One of his most fond memories of early adolescence, was sitting in his living room with his childhood friend watching Metallica VHS tapes. They would thrash along, singing every lyric and banging their heads until their necks felt as if they had been in a car crash. He states "As I got older and began to write my own songs, the tone and style of James' lyrics and singing became a huge influence to me. The use of religious and cult metaphors and tenacity with which he sang was something I aspired to, and to this day continue to be inspired by. Metallica to me is the quintessential Heavy Metal band. Equal parts darkness, intellect and vitriol". These are just a few examples, but there have been millions more who have drawn influence from Metal music, specifically from Metallica. Many of these artists are from all walks of life, they are now leaving their own indelible marks on the world and are driven in part by the intellectual rebellious lyrics of Metallica. Most of these creative fans have never had the opportunity to do any art related to the band..."

Metallica "Hell and Back"

A number of unreleased songs from Death Magnetic, "Shine", "To Hell and Back" and "Hate Train", were left off the album, but were rumored to be released as b-sides or on the next album. The titles were confirmed by Hammett and Ulrich on the MetOnTour video from December 20, 2008.
On December 5, 7, 9 and 10, 2011, the band played four new songs, "Hate Train", "Just a Bullet Away", "Hell and Back" and "Rebel of Babylon" respectively, at the Met Club concerts, which celebrate 30 years of Metallica. The day after each concert, Met Club members were sent an e-mail with a code for a free download of a rough mix of the song played at the show.
The songs were released officially as the Beyond Magnetic - EP on December 13, 2011. However, one song, based off of The New Song (performed in 2006), still remains unreleased, and was seen being worked on in multiple videos.
* I choose "hell and back" -  much easier to express the old days but not to be bad again... hehehe
----just like the old days, i mean ....peace

There's nowhere else I can run to
She's wretched but she comforts me
After everyone goes home
She's always there for me
When the sun goes hellbound
And the moon does resurrect the night
I'll hide within her
Not much good has come out of the light
After everyone goes home
And I'm left here on my own
I will run straight to Hell and back
Straight to Hell and back
When they turn out all their lights
And I'm left to brood at night
Always return to Hell and back
Straight to Hell and back
Straight down yeah
A lonely light in a window
Just longing for some company
Tragic, heartless and hateful
But there's nothing as willing as she
And when the night has fallen
It falls hard and then it all begins
When she starts her calling
I feel my darkness growing from within
After everyone goes home
And I'm left here on my own
I will run straight to Hell and back
Straight to Hell and back
When they turn out all their lights
And I'm left to brood at night
Always return to Hell and back
Straight to Hell and back
Straight to Hell and back
I will run straight to Hell and back
I become two
We become one
Unbridled... unequaled... unholy... undone
The path is cut deep
The path is worn well
I'll follow my footsteps to the warmth of Hell
The warmth of Hell
After everyone goes home
And I'm left here on my own
I will run straight to Hell and back
Straight to Hell and back
Straight to Hell and back
When they turn out all their lights
And I'm left to brood at night
Always return to Hell and back
Return to Hell and back
Straight to Hell and back
Straight to Hell and back
I will run straight to Hell and back
Straight down

Diablo III is an upcoming dark fantasy/horror-themed action role-playing game in development by Blizzard, making it the third installment in the Diablo franchise. The game, which features elements of the hack and slash and dungeon crawl genres, was first announced on June 28, 2008, at the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in Paris, France and is slated for release in the second quarter of 2012.

Diablo III is similar in style to its predecessor, Diablo II. The proprietary engine will incorporate Blizzard's custom in-house physics, a change from the original usage of Havok's physics engine, and feature destructible environments with an in-game damage effect. The developers are aiming to make the game run on a wide range of systems, and have stated that DirectX 10 will not be required. Diablo III will use a custom 3D game engine in order to present an overhead view to the player, in a somewhat similar way to the isometric view used in previous games in the series. Enemies will utilize the 3D environment as well, in ways such as crawling up the side of a wall from the depths into the combat area.

Most gamers who got into the Diablo 3 beta said that the game is absolutely ready and that it should have been released by now, but Blizzard said that it wants the third and final Diablo game to be “perfect” because “nobody will remember if it was delayed, but everyone will remember if it’s great.”

As Blizzard felt that Diablo 3 still needs a lot of work, it seems like things are almost done considering the fact that we’re getting closer to Q2 2012. The second quarter begins in April and it ends on June 30th, however, we’re hoping that the publisher will release it in early Q2 rather than in late Q2.

Blizzard games are usually being released on the market two months after the official announcement of an exact release date. This means that there’s no chance that Diablo III will become available sooner than April 10th. Well, the clock is running out, and most of us honestly cannot wait any longer.

PCI Gen 3 Ready

Recently, motherboard manufacturers have been fighting their hardest to differentiate their products from one another in an effort to re-invigorate the stagnant PC business. A lot of this messaging has taken a very aggressive turn, where companies have blatantly called out or attacked competing products for not being the real deal or being up-to-speed.

The harsh reality is that motherboards are generally going to stay within a certain performance range. It boils down to add-in value like UEFI BIOS, native USB 3.0 support, premium sound cards or higher-end network adapters to really gain a competitive advantage.

So it is no surprise that when PCI-E Gen 3 was announced, it caught the eye of enthusiasts who have an insatiable demand for speed. At eight Giga Transfers per second (8 GT/s) bit rate, the bandwidth was doubled for PCI-E 3.0, making it the natural evolution from the long-in-the-tooth 2.0 standard. It also became a race for marketing departments to see who could implement this technology first as a way to grab this high-end, influential market.

Future-Proofing: The Buzzword
“Future-Proofing” is a word that gives the notion of an extended life cycle for a product, but it should be taken figuratively. There is no possible way to actually future-proof technology, considering that the whole purpose of it is to constantly evolve into something better and faster.

However, it strikes a chord with customers when you can let them know they won’t have the feeling of “buyer’s remorse” within a short period of time. Everyone wants their PC to last a very long time. As hardware enthusiasts, we know the reality is that your average PC has a lifespan of three to four years at most. But ask any mainstream buyer how long they’d like to keep their current system and they are looking at closer to six or seven years. It is with this mentality that the messaging behind PCI-E 3 hoped to resonate with consumers. What is important to know are the methods being used to market the current generation of motherboards as “PCI-E 3 Ready” and if you are getting the real deal.

How It All Works
The changes in architecture for Sandy Bridge made it so that PCI Express lanes are all handled by the processor. The PCI-E lanes coming out of the CPU get split, running eight lanes to the first PCIE slot and then another eight lanes into the switch chip. The switch then looks at your configuration to control bandwidth to a single x16 slot (routing the lanes back to pair up with the eight coming from the CPU) or as dual x8 slots (routing the lanes to the second slot).

Naturally, this means that newer Gen 3 speeds also would have to come from these lanes, but unfortunately, support for the Gen 3 won’t officially happen until Intel’s Ivy Bridge processors hit the market in early 2012. The circuitries inside the current Intel 6-series chipset motherboards are theoretically capable of a PCI-E 3 connection, but as the Gen 3 lanes are linked with the upcoming Ivy Bridge CPUs, you will have to upgrade your motherboard’s BIOS to recognize and communicate the new standard without issues.

Most current motherboards only feature PCI-E 2.0 switches (a notable one being NVIDIA’s NF200 for “True SLI”), so when an Ivy Bridge CPU that has PCI-E 3 capabilities is plugged in, only eight lanes (out of the full 16) will actually function.

Motherboards with multiple PCI Express slots have the most up-to-date switch chips from vendors like Pericom or PLX to actually support the full Gen 3 bandwidth availability on NVIDIA SLI and/or AMD’s CrossFireX multi-GPU configurations. Many older motherboards that claim they are “Gen 3” ready are just hiding behind the fact that they are compatible with Ivy Bridge CPUs and aim to take advantage of consumers uneducated on the technical aspects behind this technology.

Conclusions
This whole “PCI Gen 3 Ready” messaging can be considered a marketing gimmick because while you are technically getting to use your new PCI Express Gen 3 peripherals (read: ensuring compatibility), you are only able to utilize half of the theoretical bandwidth. Adding to the confusion is a lack of benchmarking data available, meaning users are being divided with even more ambiguous information from what is considered “true” Gen 3.

Trying to keep up with the latest technology always seems like a futile effort, but nobody wants to feel buyer’s remorse from having missed out on the possibility of significant upgrades by not waiting. The methodology behind pushing PCI-E 3 was more to grab the mainstream market to “buy now” instead of waiting, but it seems we are still waiting for PCI-E 3 to show up on graphics cards and PCI-E SSDs. We can definitely hope that once they come to the market, the blistering fast speeds we were promised will show up as well.

As more boards are touting the Gen 3 readiness and support, just make sure you are at least going with a board that has the proper switch chips ready for you to take advantage of it when you can.

It doesn't feel like this is over
It's never felt like it's begun
Always looking over my shoulder
Waiting for the end to come
And then you throw it all away
Throw it all away
Nothing I could say
Throw it all away
And you feel like you're still here bleeding
You bleed until there's nothing left
It doesn't seem to ever be enough for you
But leaves you empty in the end
And then you throw it all away
Throw it all away
Nothing I could say
Throw it all away
It's never enough to breakdown inside
It's never enough to hold on to pride
It's never enough to give up your soul
It's never enough
It doesn't feel like this is over
And then you throw it all away
Throw it all away
Nothing I could say
Throw it all away
